Zeno’s Halfway Through the Green Decade report

FuturePlus member, Zeno London, has published its 'Halfway Through the Green Decade' report.

The report, written by Zeno's Richard Price and John Lynch in consultation with our team (including a forward from our co-founder Mike Penrose), breaks down the key challenges and opportunities for PR professionals navigating how to best communicate on sustainability.

“It has been a privilege to work with FuturePlus member, Zeno London, on the 'Halfway Through the Green Decade' report, and I don’t think it could have come at a more important time. Sustainability is one of the most business critical issues of our time, and we need to keep up the momentum in tackling that challenge. Addressing short-term calls to pull back from decarbonisation requires a clear and persuasive narrative.” - Mike Penrose, Co-Founder, FuturePlus.

IWD 2025: Gender disparity in business & investing is a fight everyone should join

To celebrate International Women’s Day, our co-founder, Alex Smith, wrote an article highlighting the ongoing challenges women face in achieving equity and inclusion in the business world, particularly in light of recent political and cultural shifts.

It was featured in publications such as IT Brief, CMO Tech, CFO Tech, eCommerce News, and TechDay.

“Women have been fighting for decades to cement and advance our position in the workforce, and we're not going to stop now. But this isn't just a woman's fight. Homogeneity in all corners of society creates groupthink, producing an echo chamber that reinforces existing biases, which in turn stagnate innovation and creativity. For women in the workplace and in the world of startups, this isn't just an issue about basic fairness – it's about what makes the most business sense.” - Alex Smith, Co-Founder, FuturePlus.

Notably, the support is available to all players regardless of ranking, and there's no requirement to repay the money if they choose not to return.

The initiative also includes grants for fertility treatment, a significant step forward in supporting athletes' family planning decisions.
